After some discussion with live chat, they notified me their decision is final and my balance is thus forfeited.
I think the mistake I made was innocent since I do not recall having an older account and regurly review casinos, so I decided one last attempt to email their customer support instead and explain my circumstances.
Luckily, about an hour later, customer support responded apologizing and reinstated my account! I logged back in, requested a withdrawal and it was processed within about 30 minutes and I could see the funds arrive in my Electrum wallet.
