Culminating Poker Tournament Aims High
According to the information provided by the organizers of the culminating event, February 1 is set to bring the first starting flight of this tournament. Starting at exactly 1 a.m. local time, the heated poker action will bring players one step closer to the Final Table of this event. Day 1a is going to bring the first batch of players to Day 2, taking place on Monday, February 4.
The second day of action is scheduled to take place on February 2 at the very same hour, providing all participants with enough time to register for participation and make their to the poker tables at Playground Poker Club. The third and last starting flight will conclude the registration window of this event on February 3. All entrants will have to provide the mandatory buy-in for the event amounting to CA$1,350 in order to make their way into the event.
There is also an additional fee of CA$150 obligatory to every player. Projections for an increased interest have been expressed for this poker tournament, meaning that the originally announced guaranteed prize pool might be surpassed. At the moment it is known that Main Event cash prizes will amount to a total of CA$750,000. This amount might end up swelling once the registration period is over.

Main Event Brings CA$750,000 GTD
The three starting flights of the event will put to the test all individuals willing to give their luck a try at a live poker tournament in Montreal. Survivors of these heated days will have the chance to reunite on Day 2 of the WPTDeepStacks Montreal Main Event. This will happen on February 4, when poker action will commence exactly at noon.
By this point players will have already found their spot in the structure of the poker tournament, amassing significant chip stacks. However, this phase of the event will sift through the overall number of survivors and allow only the most proficient among them to progress ahead towards the Final Table of the Main Event. As for the action on February 5, it will be live streamed for poker enthusiasts to enjoy.
