La Fleur’s Montreal Lottery Conference Reveals Details and Renowned Sponsors

This year is going to be a special one for La Fleur’s Montreal Conference taking place at the end of this month. Leading gaming influence mkodo is projected to be among the main sponsors of the special three-day congregation signature to the Montreal area. The 2019 edition of this congregation will be able to deliver a premium experience to all participants and enthusiasts, highlighting this year’s theme – innovation.

June 25 is going to see the official launch of the regular conference aiming to gather people interested in the gambling industry of Quebec and its improvement. This year the conference is going to engage participants and enthusiasts until June 27 giving everyone interested enough time to explore everything it has on offer and experience it in its entirety. The University of Quebec is going to provide the space for the massive congregation focusing on innovation.

mkodo Joins Team of Leading Companies

Gaming supplier and expert mkodo is going to be the hospitality sponsor of the festival, which is projected to bring a breath of fresh air to the congregation. Sue Yoxall and Stuart Godfree are the founders of the company willing to step up the gaming field’s performance and they will also be present on site of the festival. The two of them will participate in the panel conversing about their experience.

They are going to discuss everything that led them to this point of the company’s development and the ever-changing mobile app field. Among the main concerns at the moment is Apple’s recent changes to its App Store directly affecting gambling apps. The technology giant launched a crackdown of sorts, eyeing HTML5 applications.

According to the change of guideline that was introduced last week, its App Store would no longer allow apps built using embedded HTML5 code. The reasoning behind this guideline change is that the games built using HTML5 might not involve actual money transfers or contributions to charitable organizations. This is problematic, as many of the online gambling operators use this code. They have until September to completely change the apps and built them in native iOS code.

Loto-Quebec is the Co-Host

Loto-Quebec is going to be the co-host of this gaming congregation but this is not the only big name involved in the La Fleur’s 2019 Lottery INNOVATION Exchange. Pollard Banknote Ltd, BEDE Gaming, and IDEMIA are going to also amp up the congregation. Everyone interested in learning more about the evolving gaming field will have the chance to do so at the many panels throughout the festival.

It should be taken into account that the official beginning of this congregation is going to take place at Loto-Quebec’s headquarters on June 25. At exactly 5 p.m., both individuals and participants will give green light to this year’s La Fleur’s Exchange. This opening ceremony will continue until 7 p.m. dedicating time for registration and a cocktail. The following two days will bring people to the University where major hot topics will be discussed.

Subjects such as Entertainment to Create Experiences & Provoke Emotions, The Global Lottery Monitoring System, eSports: A Diversity of Business Opportunities will be among the most attractive panels. Furthermore, the second day is going to bring a panel of five Canadian lottery CEOs, including Jim Lightbody, President & CEO, BCLC; Lynne Roiter, President & CEO, Loto-Quebec; and Randy Weyersberg, Vice President, Brand & Marketing, OLG.
