NorthStar Gaming Forms Partnership with BettorView

NorthStar Gaming is always working on enhancing its services, and most recently, the iGaming operator licensed to work in Ontario has teamed up with BettorView. Via this partnership, the internet gaming brand will be allowed to further expand its player acquisition by engaging with consumers in restaurants and bars across the province.

BettorView is a unique multi-channel solution in the online casino landscape, as it offers in-revenue screen technology, brand ambassador activations and digital content marketing to sports fans, reaching fans across various touchpoints. Its in-venue screen technology powers TV screens in casinos, stadiums, restaurants, and independent sports bars in the U.S.

Seeking Further Player Improvements

Via the partnership, NorthStar will have the opportunity to expand its player acquisition across both sports betting and online casinos in a seamless manner. The company is the first Canadian iGaming partner to BettorView, which will allow it to develop brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and bolster its footprint in both restaurant and bar settings.

Michael Moskowitz, Chair and CEO of the iGaming operator noted partnering with BettorView would enable the expansion of NorthStar Bets and its player base, while also boosting brand awareness. He also remarked the restaurant and bar space is a great sector to reach new consumers who have a high appeal to wagering as they are often watching live sports.

Meanwhile, Javier Vargas, CEO of BettorView added that the iGaming operator is the perfect partner for the company when making its Canadian entry. He remarked the firm’s technology allow gaming partner to customize and localize content to fully resonate with fans, while also trying to educate them on sports betting and responsible gambling as a whole.

The company engages users via a proprietary plug-and-play solution that delivers sports betting content to hundreds of venues via its patented technology. It also optimizes the experience to make sure that guests receive the most relevant sports and sports betting information, hence leading to them spending more time on its innovative platform.

Recapping Q3

NorthStar Gaming has recently published its latest fiscal numbers for the three- and nine-month periods ending on September 30, 2023. It disclosed NorthStarBets.ca wagers of CA$138.0 million which was an increase of 140% over the same quarter of 2022 with CA$57.6 million. Meanwhile, revenue, net of bonuses, promotional costs and free bets, reached CA$4.7 million.

Additionally, gross gaming revenue on its Canadian iGaming platform eclipsed CA$5.5 million in Q3 this year, which was an amazing improvement of 120% in comparison to CA$2.5 million in the same quarter of 2022. Also, gross margin was at CA$1.6 million in Q3, a stunning 527% spike from CA$0.3 million in 2022, and accounted for 35% of the revenue in contrast to 13% last year.
