April 19 is going to see the deadline for registering in La Face des Internets contest which could transform one streamer’s career after a weekend of education and training. The six individuals who perform best would get the chance to join the Loto Quebec Twitch team as a full-time job opportunity.

Nowadays job occupations to the likes of influencers, YouTubers, and streamers enjoy the attention of many young people willing to explore their potential and make a career doing what they do best. Twitch and YouTube are only some of the streaming platforms that provide millions of people with entertainment and the chance to socialize with like-minded people from around the globe. Now Loto Quebec wants to make a move in the right direction and teach 12 individuals how to best navigate the budding field.

Twitch and YouTube Streams Thrive

Anyone interested could apply for the contest and hope that their application is among the 12 fortunate individuals that would go through the extensive training with experts in the field. April 27 and 28 would bring the official weekend of education for those chosen individuals that would make their way to the GamePlay Space in Montreal.

This two-day training would aim to cover the crucial elements of successful live streaming. Some of the renowned names that would highlight the panel are Lyne Bouthillette from Randolph, Guiz and Laurent from Le jeu c’est serious, Denis Talbot, as well as Luc Simard with three decades of work in collaboration with Radio-Canada. Their expert opinion would be invaluable for the 12 individuals chosen to acquire knowledge and excel.

Everyone interested in learning more about quality streaming and creating engaging online content would be able to receive tips and tricks, as well as useful advice from those individuals with years of experience. A mandatory step for participation would be the registration phase that gives enthusiasts only nine days to make up their mind.

Deadline for Registration Is in Nine Days

Everyone interested has until April 19 to get acquainted with the rules for participation in the contest and register online. Only participants above the age of 18 would be allowed to enter the streaming training. Each and every one of them has to have an active streaming channel on YouTube or Twitch with followers eager to see more of their gaming adventures.

Aforementioned streaming should be in French, but streamers could also begin transitioning to French in the future. April 21 is scheduled to welcome the list of participants chosen for the streaming training, meaning that all eyes are set on that date. Participants will have several days to prepare for the training and make their way to Montreal where the action would take place. The six streamers that perform best among them would be announced at a special ceremony in Casino de Montréal on May 19.

The contest comes at a time of increased eSports interest across Canada and only months ahead of its first eSports arena launch. The first Canadian eSports stadium would go by the name of The Gaming Stadium and it will be constructed in Richmond. Myesports Ventures Ltd is currently working on the project and the stadium is projected to welcome its first enthusiasts by the end of this year.
