Leading content provider and aggregator of online casino titles, Bragg Gaming Group, is once more expanding its business in Europe, and more accurately Italy. Most recently, the Canadian firm announced that it has struck a deal with top online casino operator Lottomatica Group S.p.A. Thus, delivering its content with the iGaming brand in Europe’s second-largest internet casino market.
The provider is prominent for being a content-driven internet gambling technology supplier, cooperating with land-based and online gaming operators with proprietary and exclusive content and innovative technology. It offers games from its in-house brands such as Wild Streak Gaming, Spin Games, Atomic Slot Lab, Indigo Magic, and ORYX Gaming.
Debuting More Content in Italy
Via the latest content distribution deal, the leading iGaming provider will supply the Italian casino operator with its portfolio of games. This will include localized versions of proprietary games like Fairy Dust by Atomic Slot Lab and Sea of Plenty by Indigo Magic, as well as several locally certified games from its Bragg casino games presented for the first time to Italians.
Currently, Lottomatica is the leading online casino operator in Italy’s regulated market and according to estimations, it accounts for 21% of the total market share. As per H2 Gambling Capital estimations, digital casino revenue in Italy is on course to expand by 15% this year in comparison to 2022 and reach around US$2.7 billion.
Karl Grech, Head of Business Development at BGG shared that the company is committed to debuting its proprietary and exclusive digital casino library with premier operators in the largest regulated iGaming sectors in the world. In his words, going online with Lottomatica in Italy is yet another testament to the success the firm is enjoying with its strategy.
He continued by saying that since the launch in the country’s market earlier in 2023, the company has localized and certified over 45 premium casino games for the jurisdiction, from its Bragg Studios and Powered by Bragg partners. According to him, the games are reaping success and the team is now pleased to be enhancing its game distribution in the country with Lottomatica.
Recent Expansion Initiatives
Over the last couple of months, Bragg Gaming Group signed off on some important partnerships to expand its presence across regulated markets. In September 2023, it supplied Caesars Entertainment’s new Caesars Palace Online Casino with games in Michigan and New Jersey. It also debuted Lady Luck Casino Egyptian Magic which combines the operator’s brand with its Egyptian Magic series.
Also in September 2023, the iGaming aggregator secured a business-to-business remote gambling license in Gibraltar. Via its B2B remote gambling permit, the prominent supplier will be able to partner up with many locally licensed operators in the British overseas territory. Gibraltar is home to numerous tier-one casinos, sportsbooks, bingo, and lottery operators, including domestic names such as Entain, 888, William Hill, bet365 and Lottoland.
